Important Information :
1) Please order at least 3 WEEKS in advance.
2) Default self-collection at Bukit Batok MRT on weekdays after 6.30 to 7.00 pm. However, on weekends we might consider other collection point as well (only nearby MRT stations)
3) Currently, we are able to do collection within Singapore ONLY.
4) For non-standard materials (e.g Swarvoski crystal, glass beads etc) there will be additional charges incurred.

For existing bouquet on our website:
Kindly state the bouquet size, date & time of self-collect/delivery, address, name & contact
For new bouquet design:
Since this is a customizable bouquet, therefore further discussions might be necessary in order to avoid confusion. Please email us at pearlever2011@gmail.com with your requirements, date & time of self-collect/delivery, address, name & contact.
Payment :
For the time being, we are only able to accept payment via bank transfer or cash.
Kindly note that we require a minimum of 30% down payment of the total selling price to guarantee and proceed with your order.
The balance 70% payment can be paid by cash during collection or transferred to our bank account before collection is made.
Bank account details will be given once order is confirmed.
Terms & Conditions :
1) All prices are in Singapore dollars, and may be subject to change without prior notice.
2) All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
3) Confirmation of order is upon receipt of 30% payment.
4) However, we reserved the rights to refund to the customer should we decide not to fulfill the order. This may occur though extremely rare cases - for example, in an event that we might not be able to deliver because of tight schedule. In such cases, we will inform early in order to refund & not to disappoint our customers.
5) Because this is a handmade product the item appearance may differ from the picture.
6) For collection other than Yew Tee MRT, please inform us 2 days earlier. If product is/are not collected/received at the pre-arranged date, time & venue for more than 20 mins, we reserved the right to leave the premises. There will no re-delivery and you will have to self-collect at Yew Tee MRT after 7.30 pm during weekdays or time agreed upon during weekends.
